Family Leadership Professional Course
This course is designed for senior leaders to help them in the management of their own homes and families. The content and lectures will help family leaders to better understand the cultural dynamics of families and their impact on leadership, including the order of the family structure and how the parts work together. It will help leaders to further develop their own character essential for effective family leadership. The goal is to help leaders to create a lasting legacy and develop a succession plan for their families. Executive students will craft a clear family vision and values statement which they will share with their family members and post in a highly visible part of their homes. The content is designed to foster and encourage healthy marriages, parental and other relationships, while also supporting single parents and instilling and enhancing parenting practices. Executive students will be taught how to apply servant leadership principles in their family contexts, as well as how to effectively resolve conflicts and maintain harmony in their families.
